ENTERPRISE_MANAGER_12C and Connection_manager using Amazon Web Services

All,

I am working with OEM12c inside my company and we are using Amazon Web Services to host some databases in both RDS and EC2 with port restrictions.  I have spun up and Oracle Connection Manager server that runs on port 80 (open from my company into AWS) from my company network and then forwards the connection on to the appropriate database.  What I would like to do is set up OEM to monitor an RDS instance using OCM.  I have been successful in doing this for EC2 instances but for RDS, OEM shows the status as down but yet I
