rapidwiz 12.2.0 fails "DAtabase connection could not established" but no ORA- error detail.

Doing upgrade to 12.2.0

While running rapidwiz, getting the following error:

DB Version Check

DB Version Check has failed.

Database connection could not be established. Hence not able to check the Database version. Please make sure the Database is at 11.2.0.3 or higher

But there is no detail about ORA- error.

Please guide.
