Import of MVF data from csv or xls using siebel escript

Hi,

we have a requirement to import campaign data from csv or xls into siebel application. where Campaign object have multi value fields.

How to achieve this requirement without using EIM process. Please provide if any sample script available and also for the template used to load the data into siebel.
