Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error while running my first OAF page

Dear Experts,

I have created my first OAF page using the steps from the below link (until step 11) and end up with error message while running the page.

Kindly advise whether I missed any necessary setup.

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bi).

Oracle JDeveloper 10.1.3.3.0

Already we have the patches ('6435000', '6272680') installed in our system.
