I'm requested to update my actual database default port 1521.

I need the exact steps to follow ?

after updating the database port, is there any action plan to do into application server

Note:

2 Servers ( 1 database tier, 1 application tier)

Oracle EBS R12.1.3

Database version : 11.2.0.4

OS: windows server 2008 R2
