How can I delete a credit memo has been completed in R11

Dear,

I created a credit memo through interface In R11.5.10.2, while when I try to incomplete it I got the errors like below:

ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at ''APPS.ARP_PROCESS_HEADER_POST_COMMIT''.line 896.
ORA-06512: at ''APPS.ARP_PROCESS_HEADER''. line 1719.


I consider to delete this credit memo and recreate it through interface again.

Could you please tell me how to delete problem credit memo on this situation?

Is there any suitable notes?
