Strange text added as Prefix in Notification Summary of a Failed BIP report

Experts,

We are facing a strange issue in OpenUI on Notification Summary View. A prefix is added in the Notification Summary of a Failed BIP report. See highlighted text in screenshot. Not sure from where its coming.

In case of failed report can anyone confirm from how these notifications are added in OpenUI. For normal broadcasting message it shows the value of "Abstract" text that we configure in "Message Broadcasts".

Also its not happening for all reports and all users. Only some instances are found.
