Online payslip gives "The selected action is not available. The cause may be related to security" er

Hi Everyone,

We're into Oracle Hrms 12.1.3 using 12c database and trying to figure out if Employee self service - payslip can be use.

However, it gives the error "The selected action is not available. The may be related to security"

Note: I raised this same question in another forum and re-raising it here hoping to get some idea.

Please advise.
