How to complete the incomplete Credit memo in AR

Hello Experts,

We need your help on one issue.

1. Earlier Credit memo was in completed status but after few days we can see again the same credit memo in incomplete status, Please explain the functionality when user cannot do the incomplete AR transactions?

2. How to complete the incomplete Credit memo which is having GL date as 10-MAR-2014.
