F9 Templates are not invoking HTML properties properly in IP 2015

Hi Experts,

We are having Siebel ip2015 environment.

We are having so many F9 Templates. In that we are unable to get the HTML properties in the Email. We are using External Email Client and Email Rresponse Siebel Functioanlity.

Anyone faced this issue. ?Is there any fix available for this.

Please help us to fix it.
