Essbase - Functional Currency, Transaction Currency and USD

Currently in our Essbase cube, we load  USD value of salaries into USD_Report currency dimension member and we have a UDA set on each company to note that company's default functional currency.  We then use the UDA to determine the rate to use in translating the USD salary value that was loaded into the functional currency, wh/ will be loaded into the CurrLocal member.  Now we're being asked to load the salary information in the transactional currency (i.e. some folks in the UK get paid in GBP and not EUR).  So I'd need to load the transactional currency into COxxx->GBP
