BI publisher on cloud ERP - Search on LOV parameter not working

Folks,

I am running bi publisher (obiee version 11.1.1.27) as part of cloud ERP.   For some reason, when I click "search" on a parameter based on LOV (see screenshot below),  the popup does not come up.  I tried clearing browser cache as well as object cache under administration/manage bi publisher/manage cache.  No luck.

I am almost 100% certain it worked before.
