Attempting GotoView in Siebel Upon Completion/Closure of OPA iFrame.

We are implementing Siebel and OPA for our client and are having trouble acheiving some functionality.  Here's what we are trying to acheive.  When the user completes/closes the OPA iFrame, we would like to execute a GotoView to display the data just passed from OPA to Siebel in a specific Siebel view.  We have the integration between Siebel and OPA working, but when we attempt to integrate a GotoView step into the SaveSessionIO WF, the workflow hangs with an general error.  We also attempt to create a seperate workflow to do the GotoView via a runtime event triggered by the
