If employees do not have a record with a start date of 01/01/2015, could we just flagged the current record for that time period as ACA_FULLTIME? EXAMPLE: employee has a record start date of 11/30/2014 with an end date of 01/07/2015. could we flag this record as ACA_FULL_TIME instead of creating one dated 01/01/2015? what is the impact?
