Is attachment paperclip working correctly in Tools Release 9.1.5.2 for Form W0912D?

It appears that with the Tools Release 9.1.5.2 that the paperclip functionality is not working correctly for Form W0912D. User is able to attach a file on the "work with Recurring Journal Entries" form, but once the recurring journal is run, the paperclip disappears. This is not so in the previous tools release that we were using,9.1.4. Has anybody experienced this?
