Minimum sales order quantities

Is there a place on the item master where in JDE E1 9.0 that can control the minimum quantity a customer can order at order entry time.  Example:

Customer orders a quantity of 10

An error appears at order entry time that says the minimum quantity that can be ordered is 12.

The reason for this is because some packages cannot be broken apart.
