Outlook Add-In for PIMSI Sync

Does anybody know if the Outlook Add-In for the PIMSI sync is installable directly from the IP15 media?  If not, how far back must we go in order to get it installed for use with IP15?  I just tried running the installer for it and it is telling me that there is no base version to install this patch for.  I thought that all of the IP 15 media could be used to a clean install.
