Can multiple tax registration numbers be set up?

Our company (located in California, US) is in the process of registering for a tax registration number in Malaysia.  The Malaysia GST 6% (Goods & Services Tax) is applied when the product is shipped from a warehouse in Malaysia, and ship to address in Malaysia.  How to set this new tax registration and tax application in Oracle?  Thank you!
