Essbase Excel Add-In 11.1.2.2 unable to drill down

Hi All,

My user just got the new machine that it was installed Windows 8 and Microsoft Excel 2010. So, I installed Essbase Addin 11.1.2.2 for user. The problem is my user is not able to drill down from excel sheet. She can only use zoom in, zoom out, member selection,.... from menu.

As per my checking, the option in Excel was enable for double click to drill down/dill up. Do you have any recommend on this issue?
