R12.2+ Trade Management Patches Released in September 2015 - Are you facing any of these fixed issue

The following Trade Management patches have been released for bug fixes for Release 12.2+ in September 2015.

You may be facing some of these issues that already have a fix.

1OFF:21147135:ERROR ON CLAIM CREATION - OFFER ACCRUALS DOES NOT EXIST

The issue occurs when multiple customers have earnings for the same offer. When we create a claim for one of the customers, the following error is thrown.

The following bugs are fixed by this patch:

  • Bug 17163793 - ER : CLAIM CREATION : LOOSE CLAIM ENTERED DATA IF CLAIM NUMBER ALREADY EXISTS
  • Bug 17168340 - ABILITY TO CREATE CLAIM WITH 0 AMOUNT
