multiple users on a machine with BIP installed?

I am using Office 2010 64-bit.  I installed BIP desktop 11.117.0.79 on my machine as an administrator, and the ribbon using MS Word is appearing as expected.  However, if another user logs on my machine, he cannot see the ribbon.  He goes to Word Options\Add-Ins, and sees BI as an active add-in.  Is there a way to make the BI ribbon appear in MS Word for users other than the original installer?
