How do we get the count of upserted records from eai siebel adapter?

EAI Siebel Adapter has an output argument called "NumOutputObjects" and siebel bookshelf mentions this as an output argument across all methods of the EAI Siebel Adapter. However, when using the "Upsert" method of the EAI Siebel Adapter, this argument does not output the count. Any way to get the count of records after doing an upsert ?
