Trips issue - Autoschedular

Hi Team,

As per the requirement from the business side we have to implement the Autoschedular process for task assignment, for the same we have implant the solution however for some reason I am facing the trips overlapping issue. I have gone through the document Scheduling Error: "APP-CSR-254043: No Plan Options Were Found For Task With Number xxxx." (Doc ID 744639.1) also which really helps me to resolve the issue 80%.

However I am still unable to autoschedule the some tasks because of the overlapping issue. Under the doc I am not exactly understanding the below point, please help me to understand the same
