SM agent service missing

Hi All,

We are running E1 9.1 with TR 9.1.3. A day back we had strange experience of our server. When we tried to restart SM Agent service (windows), got message that it is marked for deletion.

Similar thing happened on another server. SM Agent service is deleted and only SM Agent Update service. So, my queries are:

  1. How to check changes done to service (marked deletion and the other one which is deleted)?
  2. How to get these services back?

I checked agent log files but could not anything there related to marking service for deletion or the one which is missing completely from 'Windows services'.
