EPMA attribute members disappear and lose association in EAS post deployment, need to run deployment

Planning version: 11.1.2.3.501.11

EPMA: 11.1.2.3.500.203

Essbase admin services: 11.1.2.3.500.77

As show below, when we cut and paste an already existing attribute member "F-113090" from one parent to another (the fund I moved to"Office of the President" in Fund attribute dimension within the dimension library), after running a deploy it completely disappears from our EAS outline, and entity E-46A21.113090.64 loses its association to F-113090. This is strange because if we re-run our deployment, the F-113090 member will show back up under "Office of the president" with its proper associations.  The deployment runs without errors and runs to completion.

In our SR, our engineer had stated:

Howdy, Stranger!
