LOV with Comma Separated values in BI Publisher

Hello,

we have a LOV with values containing comma's (,). Ex: 1234. Asst, Dir, Analysis.

When displaying these in a prompt in BI Pub report, they display the complete value but when clicked on search, it breaks the string into 3 (wherever it encounters comma).

Search:

1234.Asst

Dir

Analysis

is this a bug ??

we do have a work around but trying to see if oracle has something?
