Quantity Completed in F801 and F4111 is not in Sync - 9.1 - Tools release 9.1.2

Hello All,

Quantity Completed shown in F4801 doesn't matches with IC entries in F4111.

1. Created a Sales Order with W line type for 10 Qty, Work Order got generated for 10 Quantity.

2. Work oder is completd for 6 Quantities ( Partial completion and Completion is done 6 times, each time we complete 1 Quantity)

3. F4801 shows Quantity Ordered as 10, Quantity Completed as 6

4. F4111 shows IC records for 7 Quantity.

Any thoughts on what could be the reason behind this mis-match and how to identify the reason behind this mis match.
