Payment Terms Table F0014 Securing view of selected Payment terms

Hi Comm

Is there a way to secure certain users from viewing certain payment terms in the P0014. We want to secure users based on location from seeing payment terms from other areas. Based on the view it is one table and if you have access its access to all terms. Has anyone ever encountered this requirement before, or knows of a way to prevent certain users/roles from viewing and thus selecting certain pay terms
