What is the most recent version of BI Publisher for EBS 12.1.x

Currently we are on XMLP 5.6.3 and are clearly missing out on some awesome functionality.  The one that comes to mind first is the ability to burst reports to users. 

What version of BI Publisher introduces this functionality and is one that will work with our version EBS?

I am told that for us to upgrade to this that there is a lot involved.  It would be nice to see a document that can tell me how to get from EBS 12.1.x to a version that allows for more reporting capabilities.

Are we just stuck where we are?  Hope not.
