How to End-date existing Preventive Maintenance Route and/or Program/Activity that has existing serv

We use Preventive Maintenance Routes and Program/Activities for Service Contracts to create Unit Maintenance Plans and Service Requests. We want to end-date the current Route and Program/Activity and use new Routes and Program/Activities. The existing Route and Program/Activity cannot be deleted or terminated. Please advise. Our instance is R12.1.3
