Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to call CZ_CF_API.VALIDATE from a separate application to create Configuration from a script or procedure.

We donot want to call the Oracle Configuration Servlet.

Any sample code to achieve this?
