How can we restrict the AR Receipt method for Responsibility level

Hi,

          We are in R12, We have so many organization and each organization having one Responsibility and One Receipt Method. But all the Receipt methods are displaying the Receipt method LOV in all organization Responsibilities. How to Restrict the Receipt method for Responsibility wise. User has to access his organization receipt method only in his Responsibility
