S_SRM_REQUEST records at ACTIVE for one ACTION_ID allocated to a EXEC_SERVER_NAME

Hi,

We have an issue in our env where all the requests sent for a particular ACTION_ID and assigned to a particular server EXEC_SRVR_NAME (SVR04) in the S_SRM_REQUEST table is stuck at ACTIVE status.

We have 5 application servers.

The requests going to all the other 4 servers are completing successfully.

We restarted the Workflow Process Manager on the impacted Server and also the SRProc and still have the problem.

Checked the SRF was identical on all the servers.

Can you please help me investigate this issue further.
