Debrief process

Hi Team,

Can someone assist me to in the debrief process I am not sure if I followed the correct process of debriefing, actually I see my task is closed however debrief status is still showing follows

Assignment status: Planned

Debrief status :Unprocessed

After defining the lines for all the 3 billing types I ran the cProg "Debrief Posting Program" please let me know the exact process or if you can refer any document id? You can say I am new to the debrief process and trying to understand it whole.
