Item attribute setup in india localization

Hi,

When I setup the category code 21 for item attribute CNE (chapter number excise) in P75I009, it gives an error "The UDC Code length should be greater than 6 for the actual Attribute". I understand this is because the code length of the category code 21 is 3.

Is there any standard procedure to setup the "Item attributes/cat code relationship"?
