Quick Hire Rehire Issue

Hello Team,

While rehiring Employee via Quick Hire, it has been observed that when Employee was uploaded with Pay Status 5 then system updates the Pay Status as 0 even though it was uploaded with 5.

Similarly Name field also hold the old value.

While researching - We found below Bugs -

Bug 21100008: P060116Q QUICK HIRE DATA REVERTS TO PRIOR DATA 9.1

Bug 10802326: PROCESS PENDING REHIRE PAYSTAT - SAR: 6451566

Now Which Bug should take care of our issue? We are on 8.11 SP1 Version.
