Dynamically insert columns in FSG by Cost Center

We are creating Segmental (Cost Center wise) detail FSG report.

Our requirement is:

1. Creating Row Set and adding rows that are required.

2. Creating Column Set; Requirement is to dynamically insert columns by cost center. We have more than 400 cost centers and it will be a painful job to manually add all the columns. Also maintenance will be an issue when new cost centers will be opened.

Is there a possibility to dynamically insert cost center wise columns?
