PO -RTV to be done

hI

PO is cancelled with partial quantity delivered, ,Now user wants to perform RTV , and its status is "Requires Reapproval"...we cannot approve the PO since cancel flag is "Yes".

Is there any work around for this or is there ant data fix for this
