Section 508 issue in Siebel Open UI - IP14 PS5

Hi -  We are using Siebel Open UI version 8.1.1.14 with PS 5. Our client uses IE 11 and wants the application to be 508 compliant. Recently when the 508 team tested our application they have rised so many issues. I haven't come across any decent number of solutions in Oracle support web for 508 issues. I am seeking your help in this regard.

Issue 1: Tab Layout: Button Name is Not Announced properly by JAWS Screen Reader in IE 11.

REPRO_STEPS

a.Navigate to SiteMap > User Preferences > Tab Layout.

b.Execute (Run) JAWS 16

c.Tab Sequence (Press Keyboard button Tab) repeatedly to go to the List  Applet
