DB Performance Issue after upgrading to Siebel Open UI IP15

Hi All,

We upgraded from Siebel 8.2.2.3 version to Siebel Open UI IP15.4 version. As regular process, we execute few batch jobs on using Tivoli and Datastage tools.  Soon after upgrading, we are facing heavy DB performance issues and the 1 hour jobs are taking to complete 5 hours.

We are suspecting this could be due DB schema issues as part of the upgrade. Can you give some directions and recommendation on this troubleshooting this issue.
