Project Subinventory Transfer API OIT

Hi,

I have the following situation

GOAL:

to transfer subinventory items between projects

using teh UI it could be done via Borrow Payback > Transaction ==> then select Project Transfer as type

APPROACH:

create transfer via OIT MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE

ISSUE:

After the record is processed I found it was rejected with the following reason:

Error_Explanation = You cannot transfer between projects in a subinventory transfer transaction.

Error_Code = BWPY-Project Transfer

Any idea what is the issue?

If it is not possible to do this via OIT, is there an API provided by Oracle?
