SUN cluster queries about power maintenance - Newbie

Hi,

We have a 2-node sun cluster running. 1 node running in data center A and another node running in data center B.


While data center B is having power maintenance, the node in data center A performs a reboot. After rebooting the node in data center A (data center B is still in maintenance) the "hstp-rs" start failed with FaultedRS?

Correct me that the node in data center A with the apps should be able to start and continue to function as normal though data center B is down? If so, can anyone advise how to rectify "hstp-rs" start failed? Or my understanding is wrong?
