All: I am trying to create three Integrators, leveraging Desktop Integrator/Integration Manager. We

This functionality seems like it should be very straight-forward.  I have used Desktop Integrator and created Items and BOMs but I was using PIM/APG, and the process was very straight-forward.

However, in the R12.2.4 EBS versions, I want to create ITEMS, BOMS, and ROUTINGs.  I know the Interface tables I need to use, but could use some step-by-step instructions about creating/setting up the Mappings. The Wizard seems like a great Idea and potentially very handy, but the "wording" and "usage" is very different from what is in PIM/APG (why is that?).... very frustrating.

Again, I have used PIM's Item Import Formats, and that was quite easy to use.  I don't think this customer, needs, nor should have to buy, PIM/APG to be able for a 'Non-Technical' person to be able to easily create and execute Import functionality.
