Tax value on Receipts showing wrong value, but when given Apply and save it is corrected

Hi  Team,

I have an automated program that create receipts in Oracle (Oracle R12.1.3) using Receiving open interface for every corresponding ASN received thru a legacy system. My issue is after creating receipts thru the interface, tax lines are updated in the JAI_RCV_LINE_TAXES table thru a custom program. After the Receipt is created and tax lines also loaded, when the receiving end user checks the Receipt in Oracle Application, the Tax value is showing some different value  ( may be from buffer) and needs the Apply and save option to be done in the Receipt tax (localization receipts form).
