Oracle Script R12 is not getting launched on click of "Launch Script Author" from Scripting Admin Re

Hello All,

I have requirement to create the scripting wizard which will be enable from the service request form but oracle scripting application is not getting launched on click of launch script author from Scripting Admin Responsibility.

Please help me to get the issue resolved.
