Assets ASR status thru OPS Center in MOS are not activated

Hello,  we   have set ASR  with  Ops Center 12.3, filled contact information and enabled ASR on the panel control.

All the assets were discovered correctly (serial numbers OK) .

A test SR were successfully opened from the Ops center menu, which discards Internet connection or credential problems.

However,  the assets in MOS keep showing "Asset is qualified for ASR, but has not been activated!".

Are we missing something ?

How could we check if the Ops Center is correctly trying to register the assets ?

Please advise .
