Document Sharing Outside the enterprise | Oracle File Sharing Tools

Dear Experts,

I would like to check with you, do we have any tools or solution from oracle where I can share files with external users,like FTP server

Business case is : we  have to send the document with our vendors and clients which we do using FTP. but it has some issue, so we looking for a solution .Hence checking for your inputs
