Want to fix a Signature footer ,at the end of every Customer

I put a signature constant in (address number) level break footer ,and i want it to be printed every time the customer changes at the end of page.

It do prints but if the records are less on one page ,the signature constant comes up or in between the page.i want it to come only on the footer.but not on every page only at the end of the customer detail. how can i fix it ????
