while running rapidwiz for EBS R12.2.O getting error Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

Hello,

Am installing EBS R12.2.0 on solaris 11 OS.

While running rapidwiz  installer am getting the following error messages.

Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

oracle.apps.fnd.txk.config.ProcessStateException: OPatch process failed : Exit=73 See log for details. CMD= /ebsproddb/oracle/11.2.0/OPatch/opatch napply -skip_subset -skip_duplicate -verbose -silent   -ocmrf /ebsproddb/oracle/11.2.0/temp/PROD_eprocurement/DBInstallHome/fnd/admin/template/txkForms_ocm.rsp  /ebsproddb/oracle/11.2.0/temp/PROD_eprocurement/patches/16342486/16342486/
