Oracle Linux Yum server setup locally and get the client linux updated

Dear Team,

We are in the early state of building the Oracle Yum master server for patch update for oracle Linux clients, I need a little guidance how to build the repo locally from iso and then how to make the client point to the yum server (not via http) but other ways to get  them patched.

Please advice.
